Off Camera Lines.
Every now and then, I am required to read off camera lines during a scene.
This often occurs once an actor's coverage has been filmed and the other actors in scene have to have their single camera coverage and give the reactions necessarily for the scene to seem believable.
I've successfully managed this without a hitch a handful of times since season's start.
Until last night.
A moment the actor's, myself, the producers, the crew, and the editors in Burbank may not forget.
Or will be pleasantly surprise when it shows up on the gag reel come season's end.
I'm playing a woman.
A nymphomaniac.
A liar.
A porn star in the making.
Last looks given, camera's set, Action....
I give my best sexy voice. "Oh yeah....baby."
ALL FIVE ACTORS IN THE SCENE LAUGHED UNTIL CUT.
A humbling performance to say the least.
